Perception is being replaced with our new Insights. Insights can be added to any interaction and has a sentiment field too.
For those with existing perception scores associated to their interactions, we’ve made copies of those perception scores and created insights on your site. They all reflect the respective sentiment scores (Positive, Negative, etc), all categorized as “Other”, and any comments have been added to the Notes. Every insight that has been copied over has a naming template of “Perception for [Influencer Name]”
Your existing perception scores continue to remain in ARchitect and you can run Interaction Perception reports under Saved Reports.
