In addition to the Drill Down feature on a visual, there is also a cool feature that lets you expand down one level but keep the original level grouping. That means in this case, you can drill down to Analysts but still maintain the Firm grouping. Click the double branching arrows:

Note: The ability to expand one level down in a hierarchy isn’t available on all visualizations so it’s best to play with different variations to get the desired results.
