The new Analytics navigation menu item is home to a set of Analytics pages, powered by Microsoft’s industry leading Power BI business intelligence platform, that provide our users with interactive reports and data visualizations. These include sections for Interactions, Content, Projects, and Analyst Portal. There may also be a ServicePlus section with custom reports for select ServicePlus clients.
Each section has one or more dropdown subsections which each take you to a corresponding Analytics page with relevant interactive charts and/or tables. Each page may have one or more tabs with related reporting functionality. More subsections and tabs will be added over time.
