To add Perception or Sentiment to an interaction, first fill out all engagement information such as title, interaction type, date, time, influencer name, coverages, Notes, and save.
Once this is done, highlight the section of your notes you wish to make an insight and click New Insight.
From the Edit Insight page, fill out the insight, influencer, sentiment score, date and additional notes pertaining to this observation. Click Save. From here, you will see the new insight appear above the influencer name in the top right corner.
