First invitation is the email template that gets sent out to any influencer who has never created a portal account. When an invite is sent out to the influencer, ARchitect will differentiate for the user which influencer does not have a portal account. If they do not have an existing portal account, they will be sent this email. The template for this email should reflect language that indicates that the influencer will be registering for a new portal account for the first time.
Add new portals is the email template that gets sent out to any influencer who has already created a portal account in the past. When an invite is sent out to the influencer, ARchitect will differentiate for the user whether the influencer has an existing portal account or not. If they do have an existing portal account, this is the email that they will receive. The link in the email will redirect the influencer to the log-in page of the invited portal. The template should reflect language that indicates that the influencer has a portal account and should log into the portal with their portal credentials.
*Influencers may forget that they have created an account for the portal in the past. If they do not remember their credentials, they should follow the on-screen prompts of “Forgot username” and “Forgot password”
