When a user launches ARchitect Interactions, they are presented with the error message "Something went wrong when executing the Add-on". This error message is usually presented by Google and not on our end.
Recommended Solutions
Un-install the add-on:
1. Click your photo in the top right corner while in Gmail
2. Click Manage your Google Account
3. Select Security in the left navigation
4. Click Manage 3rd Party Access
5. Select ARchitect Interactions > Remove Access
6. Reinstall “ARchitect Interactions”.
*If prompted, select "Individual Installation" rather than "Domain-wide installation"
