2022.16 Release Notes (December 20th, 2022)


WHAT'S NEW

  • We just released a new header in ARchitect! The navigation and layout may be different as you use the new header. Let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or feedback!
  • Portal users can now view a new column titled “First View” in the Influencer Access page. This date should record when an influencer has viewed your portal for the first time.


BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • When adding interactions via Outlook Add-in or Google Add-on, firms are now automatically populated when an influencer is added.
  • The default setting for visibility in the Outlook Add-on is set to “Public - All of ARInsights”
  • “ARchitect by ARInsights” in the Google Play Store has been removed due to inactivity for many years.
  • Changes to LexisNexis quotes pull frequency to keep up with content ingestion.
  • A bug was addressed when selecting an event in the interaction edit page. 
  • Twitter followers count is set to 0 instead of null in ARchitect.

2022.15 Release Notes (December 1st, 2022)


WHAT'S NEW

  • We have added new social media and multimedia types (podcasts and videos) to Premium Content from Lexis Nexis.


BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • The description field from Technowlogy PAC feed is now being read correctly.
  • Certain irrelevant firms from Lexis Nexis quotes are excluded from our Premium Content feed.
  • Coverages now display the correct coverage type when viewed
  • Portal content creation date are displayed and aligned with a user’s timezone
  • Health report adjustments have been added to new IDC job
  • Searches in Premium Content are more robust and return accurate search results.
  • Article summary report had issues when the title exceeded 256 characters.

2022.14 Release Notes (November 4th, 2022)


WHAT'S NEW

  • Analyst Portal admins can now “recommend” their own Portal to all influencers and make their portal discoverable in the portal home page. Enabling this setting will display your Portal to all influencers who have not been invited.
  • Portal admins can edit the subject line of any outgoing portal emails in settings.
  • There is a new filter in Premium Content and Articles that allows users to display items with at least one coverage tag.
  • We have updated the way we process and tag information from IDC to ensure complete coverage on each item in Premium Content.


BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • A new Forrester Firm Research Calendar (FRC) type has been added: Landscape
  • Location now saves properly when updated to a new location in Event Manager.
  • The export function for manage influencer access in Portal has been cleaned up to allow exports to Google.
  • A small number of users without a site role has been amended.
  • Email notification surrounding Premium Content now accurately reflects the published date in Premium Content.

2022.13 Release Notes (October 12th, 2022)


WHAT'S NEW

  • You can hide specific interaction types when using the scheduler in Event Manager.
  • Event Scheduler has interaction title added to the location information.
  • Event Scheduler uses the interaction title when is it is saved.


BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • Moving forward, new usernames cannot contain spaces.
  • Aragon Research blogs are populated with the respective influencer author.
  • All interactions associated to the event are fixed to abide by the event’s timezone.
  • Titles for interactions have been added to location boxes for Event Manager.
  • Users cannot be deleted; they can only be disabled.
  • Changes in Event Manager schedule to hover, click, and read titles easier.
  • We made updates to our ingestion of Everest Research data
  • Tiers added as a column to interaction and article summary reports.
  • The details table of the article summary report has a column for ARchitect links in articles.
  • Portal invitation links now match the site’s subdomain.
  • Create New Report and Save Reports dropdowns have been removed from all report tabs.

WHAT'S NEW

  • Influencers can now register for the Analyst Portal via a default registration page. If approved, Portal admins will be contacted to grant access.
  • An influencer request filter has been added to the Portal Influencer Access page.
  • Coverage groups now appear on the Outlook Add-In.


BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • An interaction title has been added to the conflicting interaction in Event Manager.
  • Coverage tags have been added via a feed from Frost & Sullivan.
  • Several emailer bugs regarding template duplicates and thumbnail misplacements have been addressed.
  • Trust Radius blog content is populating correctly into Premium Content.

WHAT'S NEW

  • Forrester influencers update their bio’s via a direct API with Forrester.
  • A URL column for published content has been added to the usage report for Analyst Portal users.
  • Create a new Forrester Firm Research Calendar type.


BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • Obsolete custom fields in ARchitect have been removed.
  • New Forrester FRC types have been added to ARchitect.
  • Categories and the Portal usage report has been shifted to full screen for better viewing.
  • A more obvious green view button has been added for views on content for the Analyst Portal.

WHAT'S NEW

  • In Event Management, you can show/hide influencers, participants and locations in schedule assistant.

  • Cleaned up the Interaction custom report by removing unnecessary fields.
  • Improvement on ingestion of Forrester data.
  • Portal usage finder page has filters that are returning more accurate results.
  • Outbound email delivery has been adjusted to increase deliverability to inbox.
  • Influencers with unidentified locations have been addressed.
  • Event scheduler now differentiates between interactions with differing casing.

2022.9 Release Notes (July 13th, 2022)

              

WHAT'S NEW

  • All current and future Analyst Portals will have a default Log-in message that can be easily customized!
  • Event Manager got smarter! You can now set the availability of a room and easily schedule your meetings with influencers.
  • Display site-wide messages or announcements upon logging into ARchitect to all your active users.
  • Premium Content now populates with podcasts and webinars from Forrester. 
    • NOTE: Most podcasts have an associated influencer(s). Podcasts with no influencer have presenters who are yet to be added to our influencer database or who have been deemed non-influencers.

           

BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • Language fixed in hover state for perception on Dashboard.
  • Searching has been improved to accept standardized quotation marks. 
  • Saving items from Premium Content to Articles has been improved.
  • Wainhouse Research items with no specified date are now defaulted to the current date. 
  • All users can now edit and update Tiers associated to influencers.
  • Templates have been edited for all default emails sent out by Analyst Portal.
  • Counterpoint Research items are now correctly populated with their respective influencers.


2022.8 Release Notes (June 22nd, 2022)


WHAT'S NEW

  • Arc Web RSS is now active in Premium Content.
  • We are bringing back our “Firms” field into interactions and projects. Data will now maintain original firm after influencer has moved firms.
  • Article detail table under article summary report now displays link that redirects to the content cited.


BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • Google Workspace Add-on now accepts from email address without a sender name.
  • Syncing interactions in the Outlook Add-in are now being auto followed.
  • Analyst Portal settings are now respected after changes to banner and reverted when not saved.
  • Users of Analyst Portal portal can now preview and remove videos uploaded. 
  • Coverage email notification settings are respected after removing coverage from selection.
  • Added improvements and efficiencies to Forrester RSS feeds.



2022.7 Release Notes (June 1st, 2022)


WHAT'S NEW

  • Analyst Portal users can now see their subdomain URL displayed in the Portal settings page.


BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • You will now see a confirmation message after changing your password.
  • The color of the “Log in with SSO” button has been defaulted in order to help visibility.
  • Interaction counts are now reflected correctly in Event Manager.
  • Deleted interactions will not display influencers in an event created with Event Manager.
  • Power 100 rank column is now ordering correctly. 
  • Performance improvements in Premium Content Search.
  • Select Premium Content items had URLs that are now amended and fixed.

2022.6 Release Notes (May 15th 2022)


WHAT'S NEW

  • You can now save individual Premium Content pieces using the save button in the row.
  • Current Analyst Portal customers now have a custom subdomain URL. Please reach out to support@arinsights.com for more information on your Portal URL.
  • Tiers, Relationship Manager, and other filters are now selectable when choosing recipients for influencer emails.

    

BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • The video banner for Analyst Portal now sizes correctly on the home page.
  • Influencer and Coverage notification deliveries are now respected for both Influencers and ARchitect Users.
  • We have decided to remove all coverages associated to Everest content to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Architect Interactions for Outlook has defaulted to disable background syncing and can be changed in settings.

  • Analyst Portal now supports video banners on the home page!
  • Log-in pages are now customizable for Analyst Portal with customizable messages and logos.


BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • Password reset links are now set to expire in 4 hours.
  • Notifications on influencers and coverage have been adjusted to deliver correctly
  • Special characters are now accepted when saving an interaction
  • Case sensitivity was addressed when inputting username.
  • Users can now log into their Twitter account in “My Account”
  • PDF attachments now display correctly in Analyst Portal content.

 

2022.4 Release Notes (March 29th 2022)

 

WHAT'S NEW

  • All finder pages are now displayed in full screen permanently and the “full screen on” toggle has been removed.
  • New Firm Research Calendar types have been added for IDC.

  • Any email notification should now be disabled for any influencer without Portal access.
  • Non-Premium Content users will no longer receive incorrect coverage notifications from ARchitect.
  • The relationship manager field is now displaying properly in the influencer custom report.
  • Influencer database has been adjusted to satisfy the Twitter API handle limit.
  • Data feeds for 451 Research and 3Sixty Insight have been restored properly in Premium Content.
