For those not using a newer version of Outlook, our first-generation add-in is for users of Outlook 2010, 2013 and 2016 on Windows desktops. This legacy tool enables users to create and log Interactions directly into ARchitect. You can increase analyst relations efficiency and optimize productivity by working seamlessly between Outlook and ARchitect. 


How To Create, Update and Delete Interactions with ARchitect Add-In for Outlook '10, '13 and '16

You can use the ARchitect Add-In for Outlook ‘10, ‘13 and ‘16 to add, update or delete Interactions seamlessly between Outlook and ARchitect.

       

TO CREATE A NEW INTERACTION: 

  • Open the add-in by clicking “Not sync’d” from the menu bar.

  • Select “Sync to Interaction.” 

  • Add important Interaction details, such as analysts, participants, meeting types, projects and coverages.

  • To save, select an internal visibility level and click “Create Interaction.”


TO UPDATE AN EXISTING INTERACTION:

  • Open the add-in by clicking “Not sync’d” from the menu bar.

  • Select “Sync to an existing Interaction.” 

  • Select the Interaction or load more to see others. 

  • To save, click “Add to Interaction.” 


TO DELETE AND INTERACTION: 

  • Click into the Interaction you would like to delete.

  • Click “View Interaction” to be taken into ARchitect.

  • Select “Delete Interaction” in the top right corner.





How To Update Contacts Records with ARchitect Add-In for Outlook '10, '13 and '16

If you have contacts in your email or calendar invitation that are not recognized by ARchitect, you can open ARchitect to quickly add them directly to the associated Interaction.

         

TO UPDATE PARTICIPANTS OR ANALYSTS:

  • When there is an unrecognized email, click “View Interaction” on your synced Interaction to be taken into ARchitect.
  • Here, add new analysts or participants to the Interaction.
  • Click “Save” to finish.
