ARInsights ARchitect has implemented SSO authentication for our customers to be able to use the authentication service provided by the customer’s Identity provider (IdP).
The attached document provides information on the process of configuring ARchitect to use the SSO mechanism to sign in.
Please note the first step in the process is to reach out to support@arinsights.com and let us know you would like to start the process of implementing SSO login for your organization. We will need to set up a 60-minute call with your engineers to go over a specifications checklist. The information will be reviewed and completed by the organization responsible for the technical implementation of SSO within your company. The questions reflect the technical details needed to qualify and configure the SSO environment.
