2021.12 Release Notes (December 21st, 2021)

       

WHAT'S NEW 

  • Twitter Ingestion has been improved to approach real time processing.
  • You can now add Relationship Manager and Tiers as filters within your Interactions, RSVPs, Articles, Event Management, and Portal Admin.
  • Sorting is now easily identifiable with a 2 tier shaded grey and limited to only 2 sorts.
  • Preview your email layout without having to select the individual email. 

    

BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • Fixed error for changed users to receive communications via Analyst Portal.
  • Analyst Portal content finder page performance has been improved.
  • Analyst Portal update frequency is now default to “Weekly”.
  • Link for “Tools & Downloads” under Help has been updated. 
  • Performance improvements within Analyst Finder page.

2021.11 Release Notes (November 30th, 2021)


WHAT'S NEW 

  • The Help Menu is updated with a link that directs you towards our Knowledgebase.
  • “Site Private” is now a filter within the Influencer Database Finder.
  • Using ARchitect on mobile will now redirect you to our mobile site.
  • You can now upload VTT files as attachments to your interactions to improve tracking your web meetings.

         

BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • Participants can now recover Analyst Portal usernames.
  • Coverage notifications are now backed with a functioning query.
  • Adjusted Premium Content ingestion times.
  • The column sorting indicator is more visible left of the label.
  • Smart Email Capture has improved compatibility with Microsoft 365.
  • Project custom reports will now run without a publication date.
  • A minor bug was removed from the delete user function. 
  • Deleting a firm will take you back to the firm finder page.


2021.10 Release Notes (November 17th, 2021)


WHAT'S NEW 

  • We have consolidated influencer and firm types in ARchitect in order to accommodate the introduction of more non-analyst influencers. You will now see 4 influencer types in your database.

  • Manage your site-private influencers easily as a column in the database.

           

BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • Continued improvement to Premium Content performance.

  • The text editor in Analyst Portal has been repaired to allow for better bullet point displaying.

  • Improved Microsoft 365 compatibility with interaction scheduling.

  • Coverage notifications now shows the site’s coverage in the list.

  • Custom fields are more responsive when active/inactive.

  • Reduced runtimes for Premium Content displaying on the Dashboard.

2021.9 Release Notes (October 12th, 2021)

WHAT'S NEW 

  • Influencers can now change their username on the Analyst Portal!
  • Our Help menu has now been updated with our new knowledge base.
  • Under the Analyst Portal usage report, region has now been added as an additional column.
  • Exporting Premium Content into a report will now include the relationship manager as a filter option.
  • It’s time to move on from the dated practice of salutations. We have removed all salutations from our influencer database.
  • Analyst Portal content can now be exported into an excel sheet for deeper dives and data organization.
  • Relationship manager filter will now include an “unassigned” status to filter for influencers without a manager.

           

BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • Twitter is now updated 3 times a day in Premium Content: 8AM, 8PM, 11PM (ET).
  • Twitter expanded their character limit from 140 to 280. Premium Content now displays and searches through all 280 characters without truncation.
  • Influencers and relationships managers were limited to 1:1 associations. Now, users can associate more than one relationship manager to one influencer profile.
  • Updated URLs in Influencer agendas to be more visible.
  • RSS feeds imports for Premium Content have been streamlined to run at efficient times.

    

2021.8 Release Notes (September 21st, 2021) 

WHAT'S NEW 

  • Defined “Tiers” on the influencer profile and display as a column on the grid. Add the “Tiers” filter in the influencer database finder. Quickly and easily identify what tier is associated to influencers.  

               

BUG FIXES AND CHANGES

  • Updated the language that displays when logging in with your SSO credentials. “Reach out to support@arinsights.com or your AE if you would like to learn more about SSO for your site.”
  • Some users experienced “try again” errors when logging Interactions with ARchitect Interactions ( Outlook Add-on). This error has been has been addressed and is now working properly.
  • Users with seats set to “Disabled” were still receiving email notifications from ARchitect. Disabled users will no longer receive email notifications.
  • Disabled Interaction types were appearing. Disabled indication is now respected and only active Interaction types display.
  • Project status codes with 0 record associations were not deleting properly and now can be deleted.
  • Improved uploads for large video files on the Analyst Portal. Included error messaging for failed/timed out uploads.
  • Images and html codes uploaded to the emailer were not properly delivering emails. Emailer has now been updated to account for any uploads.
  • Minor UI language and messaging updates on the log-in page for ARchitect and Analyst Portal.
