How To Configure your Agenda
You can customize the look and feel of your agenda pages that will be shared with influencers and participants.
1. On the main Event page, click the CONFIGURE AGENDAS button on the Influencers, Participants or Locations tab.
2. On this page, you can add a title, preamble, and select colors and columns to display.
3. At the bottom of the screen, you can view a preview of your agenda.
4. Hit Save when done editing.
5. An agenda will need to be configured for Influencers, Participants and Locations individually.
Creating and Exporting Agendas for Influencers or Participants
You can run and print the configured agendas for Influencers and Participants.
1. Hover over Interactions>Your Event>Influencer Agenda.
2. From the main event page, click on the corresponding tab for each agenda such as Influencers, Participants, or Locations.
3. On the agenda page, you can select a specific influencer/participant to export, filter by influencer group, publish to your Analyst Portal, or export all agendas to many different formats using the five blue buttons at the top.
