Select the right meeting time with the Scheduling Assistant
Finding the perfect time to schedule an influencer meeting at your company event is easy with the Scheduling Assistant.
To use the Event Manager scheduling assistant, you should:
1. First, make sure you have purchased the Event Manager add-on and it is enabled for your organization. If not, please contact sales@arinsights.com for licensing information.
2. Select “+ New Interaction.”
- Double-check that your Event name is in the event field
3. Select the blue calendar icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Add your interaction details such as attendees, participants and room choice to the interaction.
5. This will show a calendar view of the event day on the right-hand side of the screen.
6. Here, you can see empty white spaces that indicate availability for the room, participants and influencers.
7. Select the spot that works for your meeting, and click “Save.”
Invite Influencers and Participants to Attend
Attendees can be invited per session one-by-one, or they can be invited in bulk.
1. To invite them one-by-one from the Interaction page:
- First add the influencers you would like to invite to the interaction.
- Then click on the Save & Invite button.
- This will initiate a pop-up page where you can click on the attendees to invite.
2. To bulk invite:
- Hover over Interactions, hover over the event name, then click “View RSVPs.”
- Select or filter for influencers you want to invite.
- Select “Apply a Bulk Update” in the bottom right corner.
3. Choose “Send Invitations.”
Viewing RSVP Statuses
There are two ways to view RSVP statuses in ARchitect:
1. Hover over Interactions, hover over your event, then select “View RSVPs.”
2. Hover over Interactions, then click your event name. Click on the RSVPs tab.
