Site Administrators may also manage project statuses so that they align with your organization's goals.

Editing your Project Status Codes

1. Go to Site > Site Admin > Project Status Codes


2. Click the green "Add New Status" button at the bottom to add a new project status. 



3. Click Save to save your project status codes. Now, in projects, you can view different statuses in the dropdown.



You can always edit existing statuses as well. Choose the specific language you or your team uses, and select a relevant color to that status. You can choose different settings for each status such as default or closed. 

ARchitect Tip: We recommend using between 5-10 different statuses to limit confusion among your team.
