There are Grids within each area of ARchitect (Influencer, Interaction, Articles, Premium Content, Emailer, Projects, and Coverages). Each grid will help you find information and complete various tasks. Below you can find each grid's functionality.

COLUMN SECTION

  • View only the information you want to see in the grid by clicking on the columns button and selecting the columns to be displayed in the grid.

SORTING

  • Click on a column name and you can sort the information in the grid. An (^) up arrow means the information is sorted ascending (a-z) and the (v) down arrow means it will be descending (z-a). You can sort by more than 1 column.
  • Turn off the sorting by clicking the column until it is no longer gray and the ^ and/ or v arrows have disappeared. Or to clear all sorting, click "Clear Sorting" button.

COLUMN REORDERING

  • Change the order of the Grid's column headers by clicking the header, then dragging and dropping it into the spot you want it to be displayed

COLUMN RESIZING

  • Hover over the end of a column to drag it and resize the column to make it bigger or smaller

QUICK SEARCH

  • Type in an entity's (influencer, interaction, etc. depending on the grid you are viewing) name to quickly view the details.

SAVING AND LOADING VIEWS

  • Save a view so you can reload the grid and filters. Click "Save View" and then name the view.
  • Load a saved view directly from the navigation menu under any of the main entities

BULK UPDATES

This is located at the bottom of the grid. This function allows you to update multiple records by selecting some or all of the items you want to update.

  • Select specific items by using the check box to the far left of the grid.
  • Select all by checking off the select box at the very top in the column header.
  • Select the action from the "Apply a bulk update" dropdown.

INTERACTION CALENDAR TAP 

  • View all interactions by day and time. Switch between days, weeks, and month
