Interactions can require follow-up tasks for you or your teammates. Create tasks within the Interaction to serve as a reminder for items to be completed. The Tasks feature allows you to assign functions to users and participants with a set due date. Your Tasks are visible on your dashboard where they can be marked as completed.

To create a task:


1. Click into your Interaction

2. Scroll to the bottom of your Interaction page and find Tasks

3. Select Tasks > New Task

4. Fill in the Task title, owner, assignee, date, and description. This task will be automatically associated to the corresponding interaction.

5. Click Save
