An interaction is any activity you have with an influencer. Interactions often represent different touches that have been made with an influencer like briefings, inquiries, emails, phone calls, or various kinds of meetings. Interactions can store files, tasks, and attachments related to it in one place for your reference. Interactions can be organized by being grouped into projects. You have the ability to: create new interactions, duplicate an existing interaction, or delete an interaction.
